Yes — your first month includes 5,000 credits at no charge, with no credit card required. This is a one-time free allocation when you sign up, not a recurring free tier. After the first month, you'll need a paid plan to continue. See pricing for plan details.

One credit = one data point fetched. Checking the price and stock of a single product on a single platform uses 1 credit. Fetching search rankings for a keyword, or pulling a product's full listing detail, also uses 1 credit. Credits don't expire within your billing month.

Tracking pauses until your next billing cycle resets your credit balance. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more credits immediately. We'll send you an alert when you're approaching your limit so you're never caught off guard.

Yes. For high-volume usage, custom data delivery (S3, SFTP, BigQuery), or dedicated SLAs, see our Enterprise page or contact us directly. Enterprise plans are quoted based on your volume, platforms, and delivery requirements.

Depending on the platform and plan: selling price, MRP, discount, Buy Box winner, stock / in-stock status, pincode-level availability (for quick commerce), search rank by keyword, product title and description, images, ratings & review count, seller information, and listing quality signals. Refresh frequency depends on your plan — from daily on Starter to near real-time on Scale and Enterprise. On-demand API calls return the latest available snapshot. For quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), we support multiple refreshes per day given how often prices and stock change.

Three ways to get your data: Dashboard — log in and view charts, alerts, and comparisons directly. REST API — query any endpoint in JSON; integrates with your existing stack. Scheduled Excel / CSV — formatted reports delivered to your inbox or Google Sheet on your schedule. All three are available from day one.

After signing up, your API key is available immediately in the dashboard under Settings → API. No approval process — sign up, copy the key, and make your first call. Full API reference is on the API docs page.

JSON by default, with a consistent schema across all platforms. For bulk/enterprise delivery we also support JSON Lines, CSV, and Parquet. The schema is documented in the API reference.

Yes. Nextract collects only publicly available product data — prices, listings, rankings, and availability that any shopper can see. We do not collect personal data or bypass authentication. We follow ethical collection practices including rate limiting and robots.txt respect. See our Trust & Security and Compliance pages for details.

Yes. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Account data is stored in secured infrastructure with access controls. We're working towards formal GDPR compliance. Enterprise customers can request a data processing agreement (DPA). See Trust & Security for the full picture.
