Common questions.
What are credits and how do they work?
Each e-commerce product fetch (Amazon, Flipkart, and other storefronts) costs 5 credits. Unused tokens expire when your cycle ends (28 days monthly, 336 days yearly). Buying a new pack replaces leftover credits.
What's the difference between Excel, API, and Dashboard?
Same data, different delivery. Excel mode sends scheduled spreadsheet exports to your inbox. API mode gives you REST endpoints for your stack. Dashboard mode unlocks the full Nextract UI with charts, alerts, and job management. Price varies by surface because each has different infrastructure cost.
Do I get a free trial?
No. There is no trial. Spark is the entry prepaid pack — 5,000 credits from ₹249 / month. Yearly packs are 10% off with 12× tokens.
Can I switch tiers or modes later?
Buy another pack from Billing anytime — leftover credits are replaced by the new pack. To change an active pack without buying again, contact support.
What marketplaces do you support?
Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Croma. We're actively adding more e-commerce storefronts — request a platform and we'll reply within 48 hours.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Packs are prepaid for 28 days (monthly) or 336 days (yearly). There is no subscription auto-renewal.
How does billing work for international customers?
Indian customers are billed in INR via Razorpay. International customers see USD-equivalent pricing and can pay via card. Contact us for enterprise invoicing or custom arrangements.
