What are credits and how do they work?
E-commerce fetches (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital) cost 5 credits each. Quick commerce fetches (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and more) cost 10 credits each. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over — pick a tier that matches your typical volume.
What's the difference between Excel, API, and Dashboard?
Same data, different delivery. Excel mode sends scheduled spreadsheet exports to your inbox. API mode gives you REST endpoints for your stack. Dashboard mode unlocks the full Nextract UI with charts, alerts, and job management. Price varies by surface because each has different infrastructure cost.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes. Your first month includes 5,000 free credits — no card required. This gives you enough to explore the platform and validate data quality before committing to a paid plan. After the first month, choose the tier that fits your volume.
Can I switch tiers or modes later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or change delivery mode anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, or immediately for upgrades depending on your plan.
What marketplaces do you support?
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart, and Croma. We're actively adding more — request a platform and we'll reply within 48 hours.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No hidden fees, no annual commitments.
How does billing work for international customers?
Indian customers are billed in INR via Razorpay. International customers see USD-equivalent pricing and can pay via card. Contact us for enterprise invoicing or custom arrangements.
